I took this picture on a photo walk with colleagues, trying out the Canon 100mm macro lens.

A picture of a H0 mini figure on a yellow surface, walking to a broken part of the surface.

I like the bokeh in the background and the detail of the broken corner of the mailbox. The figure walks toward that corner, maybe to fix it with the tool in its hand. The dislodged rivet of the mailbox came in quite handy to keep the figure upright as I didn't want to mess with glue. Macro photography is fun to do, and there are lots of motives to be found anywhere you care to look. I still have lots to practice with it, as usually I select the aperture far too open and get too little depth in the images.
