This doesn't handle ssh, imap, so we'd still need either a fancy tunnel or UPnP ports to get to the box. UPnP is bad as it relies on dynamic configuration and thus could break static configuration in phones.
Maybe a simple ssh tunnel from phone:666 to the box would solve all that.

Basically turn each mail into an HTML page.
Replies to mails could become replies to the blog post.
Scheduled blog posts need a special command.
Mail::Action::IMAP - act on new/unread elements in an IMAP Folder.
Allowed senders / attachments need to be specifieable too, in the mail action.
